Monoscope Bundle Terms
- £39.99/month subscription with a 30-day free trial
- Cancellation: 30 days notice; no charges within the trial period
- Service scope: Website hosting, AI receptionist (Qwopus 27B local processing), Telegram admin bot, Dojo integration
- Customer responsibilities: Call forwarding setup, menu data provision, broadband/Wi-Fi for Dojo terminal
- SLA: 99.5% uptime for AI receptionist (excludes local internet outages)
- Support: Email response within 4 hours; phone support available 9am–6pm GMT
- Data residency: All AI processing performed locally in the UK (Qwopus 27B); no cloud APIs
Dojo Partner Terms
- Monoscope acts as a Dojo reseller/integration partner
- Dojo agreement: Direct contract between merchant and Dojo Paymentsense Limited
- Dojo rates: 1.2% blended + £39.99 MMP (under £180k annual turnover); credit 0.8% / debit 0.6% (subject to business profile)
- Rate adjustability: Lower rates available via merchant invoice submission at Dojo's discretion
- Dojo cancellation: 3-day right to cancel with no charges
- 30-day fee freeze: If cancelled within 30 days, Dojo fees (MMSC, Hardware Care, Terminal Rental) are frozen at £0
- No 30-day free trial on Dojo terminal service fees, Hardware Care, or MMP. These are billed from day 1.
