📄 Switcher statement (optional)

A switcher statement is either a recent merchant invoice from your current transaction processor, or a business bank statement showing your card settlements. Upload one and we compare your actual rates line by line against Dojo's, so your savings quote is exact rather than estimated.

When this is provided we can guarantee you the best rates by matching or beating your current rate.

If you send a photo, it must show

Every page of the statement, with all four corners fully visible in frame
The business details clearly readable (business name and account details)
No cut-off edges, no glare, no blurred or partial snapshots

Photos like a corner of a receipt or a cropped screen will be rejected. We cannot use them for the comparison.

Spreadsheets and CSV files are not switcher statements. Send the original document as a PDF or photo of the paper statement.
